Brooke Elizabeth Burns born 16 March 1978 is an American television and model. Burns first appeared on television in 1995 on the Spanish American Teen sitcom Out of the Blue, where she was Peg. Burns joined the cast of the action-drama series Baywatch in 1998. She later starred in Baywatch's second rendition Baywatch: Hawaii until she left the show owing to her first pregnancies. Brooke Elizabeth Burns, an American model and actress who is also a television presenter, is known for her role as Jessie Owens from the drama Baywatch. She was best known in 2001 for the wildly successful commercial feature film Shallow Hal.
